Booking policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations and reschedules made less than 12 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the booked service price.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. The cancellation fee will still apply.
